Virgin grade granular or palletized activated carbon manufactured for excellent absorptive capacity across a broad spectrum of organic compounds. Its main usage is as a filter media for purifying the removal of liquids and gases. |

Typical Applications:
- Specialized filter devices, filter presses, pressure filters and filter drums
- Filtration of wastewater, brines, sugars, potable water and reclaimed water
- Sludge conditioner to improve the removal of VOC and other organic compounds

Typical Properties:
- Apparent density (dense packing g/ml) of 0.46 - to 0.60
- Insoluble in water
- Odorless

Packaging and Handling:
Activated Carbon should be handled in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Residuals of the biocides are not allowed into public water receiving bodies. |
