Designed to break down and control the growth of anaerobic microorganisms, molds and algae, our Chlorine Dioxide Reactor is programmed to make all chemical and engineering decisions for your unique requirements and is available on a rental basis. The result is an easy, maintenance-free system that requires neither specialized knowledge nor high up-front capital costs.
The system has a number of industrial applications. In the paper industry, for example, ClO2 can be used as a safe, effective bleaching agent with an ability to take in 5 electrons. For corrugators and other manufacturers that process starch and adhesives, the system stabilizes batch water pH, prevents loss of viscosity, loss of bond, odor and corrosion of piping. In machine coolants, the use of ClO2 can eliminate odors and significantly extend the life of your coolants.
